Both my wife Tina and myself had a thoroughly marvelous experience working with Carlos and his team in April and May of 2011. After a painstaking tour of no less than 25-30 homes in the La Jolla area, we identified two homes that met our criteria. The negotiations on the first home, located at 2468 Rue Denise, were very problematic in that the seller seemed reluctant to engage us in active negotiations. Carlos exhibited patience and professionalism in all cases.

We ultimately lost interest in Rue Denise but asked Carlos to give us a second look at a home at 423 Westbourne Street. He provided an immediate Youtube video of the home which rekindled our interest in this home. We entered into active negotiations with the then current owners. Our experience in these negotiations was very upbeat and positive and, with Carlos’ advice and counsel, we succeeded in getting a ratified contract very quickly. He and his team’s follow up during all the subsequent paperwork and home inspection process were excellent. Carlos Gutierrez and his team at Paradise Found with Prudential California Realty in La Jolla did an outstanding job selling my home in record time. During this economy, and in January when homes don't usually sell, he was able to sell my home in less than 2 weeks with multiple offers and for the price I wanted. I was thrilled!

What made the difference was how he marketed the property. While other realtors merely list homes, buy ads and hold open houses, Carlos uses those traditional tools and goes beyond that by tapping his extensive high-end network and personally informing each and every person he knows that your home is on the market.
