Carlos Gutierrez is full-time real estate consultant specializing in the local beach areas of San Diego. A native San Diegan, and resident of Mission Beach, Carlos is very well known for his portrayal of San Diego State University's Monty Montezuma (and later Aztec Warrior) for over 13 years.

Carlos has an extensive background in marketing, media and public relations. His network of professional and personal contacts enables Paradise Found San Diego to reach the resources of hundreds of real estate professionals including agents, affiliates, title representatives, escrow officers, lenders and brokers.
